Drive the product development for a care delivery software platform used by families and therapists, shaping the product roadmap.

Own development on a modern stack across UI development, backend APIs, infrastructure, and testing-focusing on your particular expertise and interest.

Own product development end-to-end: prioritizing and spec-ing out projects, full-stack development, integration testing, and customer interactions.

Set technical strategy: You'll help setup and iterate on our foundational engineering processes, including version control, integration testing, deployment infrastructure, and internal documentation.

Mentor and support others: As the Team Lead, you'll mentor folks earlier in their engineering career, scoping out projects, and helping them ship impact.Your goal will be to help us build a modern, product-driven pediatric mental healthcare system from the ground up. You'll set our technical strategy, shape our product roadmap, and build our engineering process - always looking toward the highest-leverage problems you can solve.
